As we expand our mobile app product portfolio, launch new AI-powered solutions, and build white-label mobile apps for institutions and partners, we are looking for an exceptional and generalist Senior Flutter Developer to lead mobile apps and the technological future of LinqiApp.

Responsibilities:
- Design scalable monorepo multi-product and white-label architectures
- Develop new and maintain our existing Flutter-based mobile applications
- Contribute to technical decisions across our mobile products
- Build pixel-perfect, elegant, accessible, native-feeling UI (be obsessive)
- Develop new features from concept to production
- Design scalable APIs and integrate third-party services
- Integrate with APIs, including secure authentication, push notifications, and real-time data sync
- Manage the full mobile release lifecycle: build pipelines, code signing, beta distribution via TestFlight and Google Play Internal/Closed testing, phased rollouts, and post-release monitoring
- Instrument the app for analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring, and act on what the data tells you
- Improve app performance, stability, and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Build scalable real-time voice and multimedia systems
- Develop and maintain real-time voice communication features using WebRTC
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions
- Review code and contribute to engineering best practices
- Drive automation across development and deployment workflows
- Lead integrations with LLMs and AI orchestration systems
- Contribute to backend development using Node.js and TypeScript (plus)
- Contribute to build scalable CI/CD pipelines (plus)

Qualifications & Preferred Tech Stack:
- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter / Dart experience building production apps
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (required)
- Must be Turkish citizen
- Portfolio of shipped mobile apps (links are required)
- English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or above (required)
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile design systems
- Strong attention to detail, performance awareness, and the ability to work independently are essential
- Solid understanding of mobile UI patterns, navigation, state management, and platform guidelines
- Deep knowledge of mobile performance optimization and testing strategies
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, with the ability to read schemas, write queries, and debug mobile data issues end-to-end with the backend team
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and REST APIs, handling async data, and managing local storage
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
- Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar
- Familiarity with WebSockets and scalable backend architectures
- Experience with WebRTC or real-time communication technologies is a strong plus
- Startup experience and a strong ownership mindset are highly valued
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to ship complete mobile features independently
