Track all client activity, notes, updates, and hiring progress in HubSpot
Identify client or search risks early and proactively solve issues
Educate clients on best practices for hiring international and remote talent
Collaborate closely with sales, recruitment, and internal leadership to ensure seamless execution
Maintain strong client satisfaction, retention, and placement success

Recruitment/Hiring Manager at Globaltize (Internal Position)

If you excel in client-facing roles, recruitment operations, and team management, we’d love for you to join Globaltize as a Hiring Manager. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, oversee sales handoffs, and lead a pod of recruiters to ensure every search moves quickly, smoothly, and with clear accountability.


You’ll act as the main bridge between clients, sales, recruiters, and candidates while making sure each role is properly scoped, recruiters stay aligned, and clients receive a strong hiring experience from kickoff to placement.


Position: Hiring Manager

  • Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, staffing, client management, BPO, HR, or a related field
  • Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Location: Fully Remote, work from home
  • Compensation: Competitive base + commission incentives


Who You Are

  • Recruitment Experienced: You understand how recruiting, staffing, and placements work from start to finish.
  • Client-Facing: You are comfortable leading client calls, managing expectations, and guiding hiring decisions.
  • Team Leader: You can manage a pod of 4 to 6 recruiters, keep them accountable, and make sure searches stay on track.
  • Organized Operator: You can manage multiple clients, roles, recruiters, and timelines without dropping the ball.
  • Strong Communicator: You are clear, professional, and confident with clients, candidates, recruiters, and sales.
  • HR Knowledgeable: You understand role scoping, salary ranges, job descriptions, interviews, offers, and employee lifecycle basics.
  • Problem Solver: You can identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and keep momentum moving.
  • Accountable: You take ownership of results and do not wait to be told what to do.


What You'll Do

  • Own the client relationship from sales handoff through successful placement.
  • Manage a recruiter pod of 4 to 6 recruiters and hold them accountable to search timelines, candidate quality, and client expectations.
  • Lead client kickoff calls to scope roles, clarify expectations, define salary ranges, and align on target regions.
  • Translate client needs into clear recruiter instructions and hiring strategy.
  • Align with recruiters on candidate profiles, sourcing direction, and shortlist quality.
  • Track recruiter progress and ensure searches are moving forward daily.
  • Present shortlists to clients and gather structured feedback.
  • Facilitate interviews and keep clients, candidates, and recruiters aligned throughout the process.
  • Negotiate compensation expectations between clients and candidates.
  • Finalize offers and ensure a smooth handoff from recruitment to placement.
