Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Manager to support HR technology, employee data, system administration and HR process improvements.
You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to maintain efficient HR systems and support organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HRIS administration and system maintenance.
- Manage employee data, system records and HR information workflows.
- Gather HRIS requirements and coordinate system enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits and IT teams.
- Support system testing, data validation and UAT activities.
- Monitor data accuracy, system performance and reporting requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and system documentation.
- Assist with system upgrades, integrations and new HR technology initiatives.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Support user training and maintain HRIS user documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology.
