The team is remote-first and emphasizes trust, ownership, and continuous improvement, allowing flexibility and initiative in driving results.


2. About the Opportunity:

The PPC - Google Ads Specialist role is focused on driving high-quality local leads for U.S.-based B2C businesses through hands-on management of Google Ads campaigns. This position owns campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and ongoing improvement. The role is critical for generating meaningful leads rather than just increasing traffic and requires a focus on lead quality and performance metrics.


3. Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local B2C businesses

• Create and maintain high-performing Google Ads

• Revitalize underperforming campaigns to achieve measurable results

• Test keywords, headlines, copy, and landing pages to identify top performers

• Handle technical and creative tasks or manage freelancers as needed

• Report regularly to leadership on campaign performance and growth opportunities

• Implement new processes to improve team efficiency and agility


4. Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of experience managing Google Ads for local lead generation (U.S. B2C businesses)

• Experience working in a marketing or digital advertising agency

• Proven ability to drive calls and form leads, not just traffic

• Expertise with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns

• Experience using Target CPA bidding to meet cost-per-lead goals consistently

• Understanding of Google Business Profile integration and local/Maps ads

• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights

• High attention to detail with a focus on lead quality


Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month (gross)


6. Benefits & Perks:

• Full time, 100% remote work

• Flexible working hours (6am - 2pm EST with some flexibility)

• Paid Time Off: 27–29 days per year
