About the Role

You'll join as a product-focused software engineer responsible for building and scaling core financial products used by thousands of businesses every day. Working across the entire stack, you'll own features end-to-end, from system design and backend architecture to intuitive customer experiences, while partnering closely with product, design, and compliance teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 2–15 years of hands-on software engineering experience building complex products end-to-end.
• Experience at a high-growth startup, top-tier technology company, or S-tier engineering organization with a strong engineering culture.
• Strong product engineering mindset with demonstrated ownership of customer-facing systems.

• Experience shipping production software using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Temporal, or similar modern frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or another STEM discipline from a leading university preferred.
• Previous founder, founding engineer, or entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: $200K–$350K Base + Competitive Equity
• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Work Model: 5 Days/Week Onsite
• Visa Sponsorship: Available
