What You'll Own
People Operations Leadership
- Lead and mentor the People Operations & Talent Acquisition teams.
- Build scalable HR processes for a globally distributed workforce.
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
- Own end-to-end hiring strategy across departments.
- Improve hiring speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams.
- Drive the complete performance review cycle.
- Build a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.
- Work closely with managers on coaching, performance improvement, and talent development.
