What You'll Own

People Operations Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the People Operations & Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Build scalable HR processes for a globally distributed workforce.
  • Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.

Recruitment Excellence

  • Own end-to-end hiring strategy across departments.
  • Improve hiring speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams.

Performance Management

  • Drive the complete performance review cycle.
  • Build a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.
  • Work closely with managers on coaching, performance improvement, and talent development.

Employee Engagement

  • Design initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Drive engagement surveys, action plans, recognition programs, and manager effectiveness.
  • Foster a workplace where high performance and employee wellbeing go hand in hand.

Business HR Metrics

You'll Be Responsible For Improving Key Business Metrics Including

  • Employee ROI
  • Revenue Per Employee (RPE)
  • Attrition & Retention
  • Hiring Efficiency

Strategic Business Partner

  • Partner with leadership on organizational planning.
  • Influence workforce decisions using people analytics.
  • Build policies that enable speed, ownership, and excellence.

Who You Are

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 7+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Leadership experience.
  • Have worked in IT, SaaS, Product, Startup, or Web3 environments.
  • Have led both Recruitment and People Operations teams.
  • Are highly data-driven and comfortable making decisions using business metrics.
  • Can influence stakeholders and leaders with confidence.
  • Believe in high standards, ownership, and execution.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments with minimal bureaucracy.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience managing global or remote teams.
  • Built performance management frameworks from scratch.
  • Worked with HRMS, ATS, engagement platforms, and people analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting rapidly scaling organizations.
