MELO Labs is a fast-growing consumer products company behind a portfolio of functional lifestyle brands — ARRØ (nicotine-free smoking cessation alternative), HELO (energy gummies), and MELO (sleep and aromatherapy diffusers). We sell everywhere our customers are: our own DTC storefronts, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and a rapidly expanding wholesale and distribution network spanning smoke shops, c-stores, and national retail. We're lean, we move fast, and everyone here owns real outcomes — not slide decks.


The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, retention, and — critically — the reporting layer that ties it all together. You'll be the person who knows, at any given moment, what our blended CAC is, which channel is actually driving new customers (not just claiming credit for them), and where the next dollar should go.


This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll have budget, autonomy, and the expectation that you can defend every recommendation with data.


What You'll Own

  • Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Google — campaign structure, creative testing frameworks, budget pacing, and scaling decisions across three brands with distinct audiences
  • Attribution and reporting — build and maintain the source-of-truth dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin, and channel mix; reconcile platform-reported numbers against actual revenue (GA4, Shopify, post-purchase surveys, MMM-lite approaches)
  • Retention and lifecycle marketing — own Klaviyo strategy across campaigns and flows; drive repeat purchase rate and email/SMS revenue per recipient
  • Landing page and funnel optimization — CRO testing on Shopify storefronts, offer testing, buy-box optimization
  • Marketplace growth — coordinate with Amazon and TikTok Shop strategy, including affiliate and creator programs
  • Weekly performance reporting to leadership — clear, honest numbers with a point of view on what to do next

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years in growth or performance marketing for DTC/CPG brands, with at least 2 years owning meaningful ad budgets ($50K+/month)
  • Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads — you've built and scaled accounts, not just monitored them
  • Strong analytical chops: you're comfortable in GA4, Shopify analytics, and spreadsheets; you understand incrementality vs. last-click attribution and can explain the difference to a non-marketer
  • Klaviyo experience (flows, segmentation, deliverability)
  • Experience marketing in regulated or restricted categories (vape, supplements, CBD, alcohol) is a strong plus — you know how to work within platform ad policies
  • A bias toward action: you'd rather launch a test this week than perfect a plan for next month
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving company where you'll wear multiple hats and talk directly to the founder daily

Nice to Have

  • TikTok Shop affiliate program management
  • Amazon PPC experience
  • Basic familiarity with wholesale/B2B channels and how they interact with DTC pricing
  • Experience with post-purchase attribution surveys (KnoCommerce, Fairing) or media mix modeling
  • Thorough understanding of best applications for Shopify growth.
