We're a biotechnology skincare company transforming beauty through our proprietary plant-derived exosome platform. Backed by years of regenerative medicine research, our clinically validated products are now available nationwide at Ulta Beauty, growing rapidly on Amazon, and sold directly through our Shopify store.
We're building one of the most science-driven brands in beauty—and we're looking for an exceptional marketer to help shape what comes next.
This isn't a traditional corporate marketing role. It's an opportunity to own growth, move fast, experiment often, and work directly with the founders to scale one of the industry's most innovative beauty brands.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager who understands how modern consumer brands scale.
You'll own the digital growth engine across paid media, ecommerce, CRM, analytics, marketplaces, and conversion optimization.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies or reports on performance. We're looking for a builder—someone who enjoys testing ideas, solving problems, making data-driven decisions, and driving measurable business growth.
You'll have the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and build scalable systems that directly impact revenue.
What You'll Own
Performance Marketing
Own customer acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging paid channels
Optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and overall marketing efficiency
Manage advertising budgets and forecasting
Develop creative testing frameworks and scaling strategies
Partner with creative teams to continuously improve advertising performance
Ecommerce Growth
Own Shopify performance and conversion optimization
Improve customer journeys across the entire purchase funnel
Optimize landing pages, product pages, merchandising, collections, and checkout experience
Develop and execute A/B testing roadmaps
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and average order value
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Own Klaviyo strategy and execution
Build lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys
Improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates
Develop segmentation, loyalty, referral, and win-back strategies
Optimize email and SMS performance through continuous testing
Marketplace & Retail Growth
Support Amazon growth initiatives
Partner on digital marketing initiatives supporting Ulta Beauty
Identify new opportunities across ecommerce marketplaces and retail media

Analytics & Reporting
Build and own weekly business reporting
Monitor key growth metrics, including:
CAC
ROAS
MER

Conversion Rate
Customer Retention
New vs. Returning Customers
Translate performance data into actionable business decisions and growth opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration

to execute product launches, campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ecommerce
Proven success growing a DTC consumer brand especially in Beauty
Strong Shopify experience
Advanced expertise with Meta Ads Manager
Experience managing Google Ads
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Experience managing marketing budgets and agency partners
Highly analytical with a strong test-and-learn mindset
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Experience supporting retail marketing initiatives (Ulta, Sephora, Target, etc.)
Influencer marketing experience
Subscription or loyalty program experience
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation
Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands
