The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand design, and marketing design. Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience
- Experience as the first designer, founding designer, or sole designer in an early-stage startup
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) products
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand design, and marketing design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto-layout, and design systems
- Experience building products from zero to one
- Strong understanding of mobile-first product design
- Ability to own end-to-end user experiences from concept to launch
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and UX fundamentals
- AI-native workflow with tools such as Cursor, Midjourney, Claude, Figma AI, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of Nola's AI-native consumer product
- Design onboarding, payments, card management, savings, transaction, settings, and conversational AI experiences
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Define AI-native interaction patterns and agent-driven user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality user experiences
- Extend and evolve Nola's visual identity across product surfaces
- Create and maintain marketing assets, landing pages, presentations, and growth design materials
- Ensure consistency across product, brand, and marketing touchpoints
- Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and launch new product experiences
- Maintain a high bar for craft, usability, visual quality, and execution
