Responsibilities:
- Ensure stability, security, and high availability of MT4/MT5 servers and trading platforms
- Manage and configure trading & aggregation engines, bridges, and liquidity provider connectors
- Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and optimizations for trading infrastructure
- Provide technical support for trading services and address platform-related issues
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Implement and maintain risk management protocols within trading systems
- Participate actively in the development of complex applications and system improvements
- Conduct testing and validation of trading platform functionalities
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new technologies for system enhancements
- Provide technical assistance to other departments regarding platform-related matters
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and cTrader
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MT4/MT5 server administration and bridge management (OZ and YB experience is an advantage)
- Experience with CRM, Atlassian, Jira, and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of networking services and database concepts (MySQL/SQL)
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus
- Understanding of foreign exchange products, CFDs, and securities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective time management and teamwork skills
