You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our products, driving automation across our delivery pipeline, and partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. This is a hands-on role for someone who geeks out over infrastructure, loves automating everything, and takes ownership of platform health.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments
  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery
  • Implement and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Monitor system performance, set up alerting, and respond to incidents with urgency
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure-as-code
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle
  • Manage secrets, access controls, and security configurations across environments
  • Conduct capacity planning, cost optimization, and cloud resource management
  • Document infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
  • Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
  • Strong understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and security fundamentals
  • Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones

Nice to Have

  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)
  • Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux
  • Exposure to database administration and managed database services
  • Background working in a high-growth software company
