I'm currently supporting a leading healthcare organisation on the search for a Data & Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering trusted, analytics-ready data across the business.

This isn't a traditional management role.

You'll lead a team of Data & Analytics Engineers while driving data quality, governance and modern analytics engineering across a large-scale cloud data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Data & Analytics Engineers

• Drive delivery across dbt transformation pipelines

• Own the quality and reliability of analytics-ready datasets

• Partner with Platform Engineering, Architecture and business stakeholders

• Lead data quality, governance and engineering best practices

• Manage engineering priorities and stakeholder expectations
