Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to support and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on techno-functional role requiring strong Workday configuration experience, business process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will serve as the functional expert for Workday Time and Attendance solutions, supporting system enhancements, production support, reporting, testing, and ongoing optimization of HR technology processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, eligibility rules, time calculations, accruals, schedules, and related functionality.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable system solutions.
- Support system enhancements, process improvements, and ongoing optimization of Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and configuration issues.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports and dashboards, including standard and custom reporting.
- Participate in testing activities for Workday updates and enhancements, including regression and user acceptance testing.
- Document configurations, business processes, testing results, and system changes.
- Provide production support and recommend best practices to improve system performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience.
- Strong configuration experience with:
- Workday Time Tracking
- Workday Absence
- Workday Leave
- Workday Scheduling
- Solid understanding of timekeeping and payroll processes.
- Experience supporting Workday production environments, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Experience with Workday reporting, including delivered and custom reports.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and HR partners.
