We are looking for a leader who will build and scale the digital backbone of HR โ connecting systems, data, and tools to enable better decisions and a seamless employee experience across Polpharma.
What you will do
- Own and evolve the HR systems ecosystem (Workday, Absorb, Qualtrics and beyond)
- Shape a coherent HR data approach and enable decision-ready insights
- Ensure a simple, intuitive digital experience across HR platforms
- Build and lead a high-performing HR Digital team
- Partner with IT (integration & architecture) and HR teams to deliver scalable solutions
Our expectations
Experience & education
- Masterโs degree in HR, Business, Digital, IT or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology, digital HR or transformation roles
- Proven experience with HR systems (Workday)
- Experience in leading teams and driving change in complex organizations
- Experience in project management
