Role Description The Junior Product Owner will support the definition and delivery of features that enhance Hory’s community and learning experience in a full-time, remote role. This position involves gathering and refining requirements from community members and internal stakeholders, translating ideas into clear user stories, and maintaining a prioritized product backlog. The Junior Product Owner will collaborate closely with software developers, designers, and other team members to clarify scope, align on goals, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing user feedback and usage data, documenting processes and product decisions, and contributing to product roadmaps that reflect Hory’s mission of learning and building together. The role also includes participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve the product and team workflows.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret user feedback, usage data, and product performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess Product Management skills, including backlog management, user story creation, and basic roadmap planning.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to understand user needs, define requirements, and map processes and workflows.
- Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with community members.
- Candidates should possess foundational understanding of Software Development concepts and agile practices to work effectively with technical teams.
