Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team at Remedo. You will manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads for a portfolio of dental and healthcare clients based in the US, UK, and Singapore. Dental marketing experience is the primary requirement — a deep understanding of patient focused campaigns, local targeting, and service-specific ad strategies will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads campaigns for dental and healthcare clients
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis tailored to dental services (implants, Invisalign, emergency dental, cosmetic dentistry, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive optimisations to bids, budgets, ad copy, and targeting
- Write compelling, compliant ad copy aligned to each client's tone, services, and location
- Build and optimise landing page strategies in coordination with the wider team
- Analyse call tracking data and conversion metrics to refine campaign strategy
- Produce clear, client-ready performance reports on a regular basis
- Identify growth opportunities and flag issues proactively — without waiting to be asked
- Stay current on platform updates, dental industry trends, and digital marketing best practices
- Coordinate effectively across time zones to meet client expectations in the US, UK, and Singapore markets

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads (Google Ads is a must; Meta Ads required; Bing Ads is a plus)
- Proven experience in dental or healthcare marketing — this is the primary requirement
- Strong understanding of local service advertising, geo-targeting, and call-based conversion tracking
- Fluent in English — confident in written client communication and reporting
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proactive approach to problem-solving — spots issues before they become problems
- Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with call tracking platforms (e.g., CallRail) is a strong advantage
