About The Role

RedBlackNode is seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join their remote team. This role is pivotal in building, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress websites tailored to client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong front-end and back-end development skills, with a keen eye for design and functionality. Responsibilities include designing custom themes, implementing responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces, optimizing website performance, and integrating various plugins and web technologies to extend site capabilities. Collaboration with project managers, designers, and other developers is essential to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines. As this is a commission-based position, compensation will be directly tied to project success and client satisfaction, offering an opportunity for high earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in front-end development, including responsive web design, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Solid experience in back-end development with PHP and WordPress core functionalities
• Expertise in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce, is advantageous
• Strong understanding of website optimization, SEO best practices, and performance tuning
