Position

• Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist
• Location: Doha, Qatar

Role Description

As a Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing the visual identity and digital presence of our clients and brands. You will be responsible for designing creative visual content, managing social media platforms, developing engaging content strategies, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns.

Working closely with our creative, marketing, and production teams, you will contribute to delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of industries while ensuring creativity, consistency, and excellence in every deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and engaging graphics for social media platforms.
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand identities.
• Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts.
• Create monthly content plans and editorial calendars.
• Produce engaging written content and compelling captions.

• Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
• Develop creative campaign ideas and digital marketing concepts.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and platform performance to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Social Media Management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and digital marketing projects.
• Excellent skills in:
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics is an advantage.
• Experience in content creation and copywriting.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English. Arabic is considered an advantage.
