We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead information security governance, risk management, compliance, and security operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop security strategies, manage information security programs, protect organizational data, and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement information security strategies, policies, standards, and governance frameworks

• Manage enterprise information security programs aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements

• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, compliance assessments, and security audits

• Establish and maintain information security controls, procedures, and best practices across the organization

• Manage identity and access management (IAM), data protection, security monitoring, and threat management activities

• Lead security incident response processes, investigations, remediation activities, and lessons learned initiatives

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, applications, legal, compliance, and business teams to strengthen security posture

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks, regulations, and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and industry-specific requirements

• Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security awareness programs

• Manage relationships with security vendors, auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders

• Monitor security trends, emerging threats, and industry developments to improve security capabilities

• Prepare security reports, risk dashboards, compliance updates, and executive recommendations for senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CEH, or equivalent are advantageous

• 7+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT risk management, compliance, or related roles

• 3+ years of experience managing information security programs, security teams, or enterprise security initiatives preferred

• Strong knowledge of information security governance, risk management, security controls, and compliance frameworks

• Experience with security technologies including SIEM, IAM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, encryption, and data protection solutions

• Understanding of cybersecurity operations, incident management, security architecture, and cloud security principles

• Strong analytical, risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
