We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead cybersecurity operations, develop security strategies, and ensure the protection of enterprise systems, applications, and data. The ideal candidate will manage security programs, assess cyber risks, implement security controls, and lead initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience against evolving cyber threats.

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and security frameworks aligned with business objectives

• Lead cybersecurity operations, threat management, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring activities

• Establish and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks

• Manage security risk assessments, compliance reviews, audits, and remediation initiatives

• Monitor cybersecurity threats, incidents, vulnerabilities, and emerging risks to protect organizational assets

• Lead incident response activities, investigations, containment, recovery, and post-incident improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, systems, network, cloud, development, and business teams to implement security best practices

• Manage security technologies including SIEM, endpoint protection, firewalls, identity and access management (IAM), and vulnerability management platforms

• Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity resilience programs

• Oversee security awareness programs and promote a strong cybersecurity culture across the organization

• Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors, consultants, and external security partners

• Prepare security reports, risk dashboards, compliance updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent are advantageous

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or technology security roles

• 3+ years of experience managing cybersecurity teams, security programs, or enterprise security operations preferred

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and security governance principles

• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, and cloud security platforms

• Understanding of threat intelligence, penetration testing, incident response, and security operations center (SOC) processes

• Strong analytical, risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and incident coordination abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
