Key Responsibilities
Own project vision, scope, schedule and budget.
Work with stakeholders and/or clients to define and refine business requirements.
Keep the teams highly motivated and focused on the project’s goals and deliverables.
Work with software engineers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other project team members to refine project deliverables balancing cost, quality, and schedule.
Develop and document project deliverables such as requirement specifications, proposed solutions, detailed designs, project plans, system impact analysis, and proof of concepts.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
Use engineering principles to conduct technical investigations involved with the modification of material; component; or process specifications and requirements.
Advise, mentor, train or assist team members, as needed, to ensure timely releases of high quality customer oriented solutions.
Facilitate regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions, or challenges regarding projects' vision and deliverables.
Provide technical consulting services to projects and production system issues.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Hands-on AI practitioner.

Must have impeccable presentation skills for small/medium audience over video calls.

Experience with accounting systems is a plus.
