About The Role
At Flowmingo, we don’t just "fill seats"—we build scalable hiring engines. As our UI/UX Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our AI-native platform, ensuring it is intuitive and powerful for both recruiters and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Platform Design & Iteration: Design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces and user experiences for Flowmingo’s core platform, focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product.
- Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets that align with Flowmingo’s brand identity.
