We are looking for a Data Analyst who will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance. This position requires a high level of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across various departments.

✅ Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent SQL and R or Python.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings.
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving.
• Excellent English communication skills.

✔Data analysis and interpretation:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

✔Advanced analytics:

• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses.
• Develop and implement models to support business decisions.

✔Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.

✔Mentorship and training:

• Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
