Position: Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Assistant

We help small business owners stay financially organized and empowered so they can focus on what they love.
What You'll Do
Set up and optimize our Instagram and TikTok business pages from scratch ensuring professional and consistent branding
Create and schedule engaging content across all platforms including our existing Facebook page
Ensure branding is consistent across all platforms โ bio, profile photo, highlights and links
Set up a link hub (Linktree or similar) connecting all platforms cohesively

Engage consistently in Facebook groups where our target small business owners are active
Reply and post about our services in all groups and use content, words that can encourage people to want more
Design graphics and short video content using Canva or similar tools
Adapt content style and tone for different industries and audiences
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements regularly
Stay current on social media trends relevant to small businesses in the US market
Coordinate UGC style content when needed
What We're Looking For
Proven experience setting up and managing Instagram, Facebook and ---------- business accounts
Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads Manager and scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer or similar
Strong written English โ you will be speaking directly to a US audience in the future

Experience with UGC style content is a strong advantage
