Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the core data platform, ensuring reliable, well-modeled, and well-documented data warehouses that support various analytics and AI workflows.
Manage Airbyte pipelines and tracking infrastructure, monitoring their reliability and addressing any issues promptly.
Build and maintain trusted data models for revenue, attribution, product funnels, partner performance, finance, and executive reporting.
Model product funnels to facilitate conversion analysis and optimize user journeys.
Model partner performance metrics to assist Revenue Operations and strategic decision-making.
Enhance data quality and reduce manual reconciliation work through automation, governance, permissions, and monitoring tools.
Automate recurring reports and reconciliation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support AI initiatives by integrating systems such as QuickBooks, CRM, and social platforms, ensuring data is clean and structured for AI workflows.
Leverage AI-assisted coding workflows to accelerate development cycles and improve system integrations.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our core data platform. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure that powers reporting, attribution, product analytics, revenue reconciliation, and AI workflows across the organization. You will be instrumental in transforming fragmented raw data into reliable, reusable business intelligence layers, facilitating faster decision-making and scalable automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, data pipeline engineering, and data governance, with a keen focus on data quality and documentation. This is a full-time, remote position with significant overlap with Central European Time (CET) hours, supporting cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse modeling (experience with dbt, BigQuery preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with data pipeline engineering tools such as Airbyte, orchestration frameworks, and monitoring systems.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and documentation best practices.
  • Excellent asynchronous written communication skills, suitable for a remote-first environment.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding and integrating operational systems such as QuickBooks, CRM, support, and social platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Finance.
