About The Role

- Develop and maintain usable brand guidelines (visual + verbal) to ensure consistency across websites, marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Zoro), packaging, ads, and partner channels.
- Execute and refine creative assets directly, making small design tweaks, packaging updates, imagery adjustments, and production-ready edits when needed.
- Manage, mentor, and expand creative talent, including designers, photographers, and video editors; identify and onboard new contractors as the brand portfolio grows.
- Build and optimize creative workflows (briefing → review → approval) to improve output quality, reduce revision cycles, and create predictable production timelines.
- Strengthen brand storytelling and voice across product pages, packaging text, advertising, social captions, and marketing campaigns.
