You

You are a strong team player who can operate effectively in a distributed product organization. You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where everyone is expected to show initiative, make decisions, and assume ownership of their work.

You are a generalist comfortable working with multiple technologies and tool stacks. You are enthusiastic about deploying generative AI to solve real-world use cases.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining locally installable cross-platform components that power the AI Agent stack of the future in companies large and small.
• Driving outcomes from customer need to customer value in production.
• Keeping our product secure by following and reacting to CVE findings using tools such as GitHub security scanner, Black Duck, and common virus scanner tooling.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our products.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing cross-platform software
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of our key technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, React, Electron, Golang, Python
• Understanding of software deployment and distribution systems, for example: npm, homebrew, Chocolatey, CI/CD systems, PyPI, Conda
• Located in a European time zone to ensure shared working hours with the team

• Experience building AI agents
• Knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise compliance
• Knowledge of developing and deploying for Windows platform
• Passion for creating good developer experience and documentation

• We have a few small offices, but our team is heavily distributed, and this is effectively a fully remote position
