Senior Software Engineer (Sales Conversation Intelligence)

We build sales conversation intelligence for enterprises in regulated industries. Our customers are the banks, the insurers, and the healthcare companies that can't just record everything and let an AI sort it out later. 

Most tools in our category exist to survey and score salespeople. We're building the opposite: software that makes a good seller better at the human part of their job instead of grading them on it. 

The whole company runs on one conviction: let the human stay human. For an engineer that is an actual concrete development constraint that helps decide what we will and won't build.

We're twelve people, fully remote across Finland and the world. We recently closed a €1M+ seed round, and are moving fast enough that the product I'd describe today isn't the one you'll be shipping by month two.

You'll own customer-facing features end to end across our Next.js / TypeScript / Supabase stack. You will build the Postgres schema to the view a sales leader opens on Monday morning. Behind that sits the real backend with AWS queues, Lambdas, and event pipelines that feed the intelligence layer.

In a team this size there's no padding between you and the problem. What you build is in production within days, and you'll hear from the people using it just as fast.

The judgment we care about most is knowing where the line sits between “good enough to ship” and “needs more care.” In regulated industries that line is drawn differently, and getting it wrong is expensive. You'll be trusted to make that call.

A few years shipping production web apps with React/Next.js and TypeScript. Real range across the stack with Postgres, API design, AWS (SQS, Lambda), and frontend. The ability to take a half-specced problem and turn it into something that works without waiting for every detail to be handed to you.

You must work fluently with agentic coding tools, and believe this is where software is going rather than a passing fad. We already build this way. If that's foreign to you or you're skeptical of it, we're the wrong team.

Working English is required at the minimum. Finnish skills, experience with AI/LLM or ASR pipelines, and integration work (CRMs and other business infrastructure) are all bonuses, none required.

A fast-growing exciting company past the does-this-even-exist stage but early enough that what you build defines the product. A small, senior team and none of the bureaucracy that slows the big ones down. €3,500–€4,500 / month depending on experience. We work fully remote, and you can either bring your own machine or pick one and we'll buy it for you.

We're a sales company, so sell me. In our world that means asking sharp questions, uncovering a need I have that you can solve, and then proving you can solve it. A polished CV is not the strongest opener here. Show me how you think, and how you'd sell.

Useimmat alamme työkalut on rakennettu valvomaan ja pisteyttämään myyjiä. Me rakennamme jotain ihan muuta. Revial tekee hyvästä myyjästä paremman työnsä inhimillisessä osassa ja poistaa sitä työtä, missä koneet ovat jo valmiiksi parempia.

Koko yrityksemme nojaa ajatukseen siitä, että ihmisen pitää saada pysyä ihmisenä. Kehittäjälle se on konkreettinen reunaehto, joka osaltaan ratkaisee, mitä rakennamme ja mitä emme.

Meitä on kaksitoista ja työskentelemme täysin etänä ympäri Suomea ja maailmaa. Saimme hiljattain noin miljoonan euron siemenkierroksen, ja etenemme niin nopeasti, ettei tuote, jota tänään kuvaisin, ole se, jota toisena kuukautena viet tuotantoon.

Omistat asiakkaille näkyvät ominaisuudet päästä päähän koko stackissamme (Next.js, TypeScript ja Supabase) Postgres-skeemasta siihen näkymään, jonka myyntijohtaja avaa maanantaiaamuna. Backendistä löytyy myös SQS jonoja, Lambdoja ja eventtiputkia, jotka syöttävät dataa älykerrokseen. Tämänkokoisessa tiimissä sinun ja ongelman välissä ei ole pehmikettä. Se mitä rakennat on tuotannossa päivien sisällä, ja kuulet käyttäjiltä yhtä nopeasti.

Arvostan sitä, että tiedät, missä kulkee raja julkaisukelpoisen ja keskeneräisen välillä. Säännellyillä toimialoilla se raja piirretään tietyllä tavalla, ja sen ylittäminen väärässä kohdassa voi olla kallista. Sinuun luotetaan tällaisissa päätöksissä.

Muutaman vuoden kokemus tuotantokäyttöisten web-sovellusten rakentamisesta Reactilla/Next.js:llä ja TypeScriptillä. Aitoa laajuutta läpi stackin: Postgres/Supabase, rajapintojen suunnittelu, AWS (SQS, Lambda) ja frontend. Meille parhaalla devaajalla on kyky ottaa puolittain määritelty ongelma ja tehdä siitä toimiva ratkaisu ilman, että jokainen yksityiskohta annetaan valmiiksi pureskeltuna.

Sinun tulee myös työskentellä sujuvasti agenttipohjaisten koodaustyökalujen kanssa. Jos se on sinulle vierasta tai suhtaudut niihin erittäin varauksellisesti, olemme väärä tiimi sinulle.

Sujuva englanti on vähittäisvaatimus, mutta suomen kielestä on paljon etua. Kokemus AI/LLM- tai puheentunnistusputkista (ASR) sekä integraatiotyö (CRM:t ja muu liiketoiminnan infrastruktuuri) ovat kaikki plussaa.

• haluat valmiiksi pureskellun määrittelyn, jossa isoimmat ongelmat on ratkaistu puolestasi ennen kuin alat rakentaa,
• “agenttipohjainen koodaus” kuulostaa sinusta hypeltä, tai
• etsit isoa organisaatiota, johon kadota. Täällä työsi näkyy, aina.

Innostavan ympäristön ja nopeasti kasvavan työyhteison, jossa ollaan ohitettu “onko-tätä-edes-olemassa” vaihe. Olemme kuitenkin sen verran tuore, että sillä mitä rakennat on suuri merkitys tulevaisuuden kannalta. Rinnallasi on pieni kokenut tiimi eikä jälkeäkään siitä byrokratiasta, joka hidastaa isoja turhaan. Palkka on 3 500–4 500 € / kk.
