The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign processes, optimizing marketing efforts for maximum ROI, and supporting the growth of our clients' online presence. Working closely with the Founder & Director, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's overall success.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns across various platforms. A strong understanding of the tech stack, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Search Console, is essential. Experience with CMS platforms such as Shopify and WordPress, along with proficiency in design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, is highly desirable. Candidates should also have excellent analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conducting keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, and implementing link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings. Monitoring site health via Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations: Managing Shopify storefronts, including product listings, app integrations, and CRO initiatives. Overseeing brand growth on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace, ensuring listings are optimized for search and conversions.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Setting up and deploying automated email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, and Klaviyo. Troubleshooting technical issues related to templates, segmentation, and data hygiene.
