This is not a recruitment role. If your background is primarily in Talent Acquisition and Training, this isn't the right fit. This role is 100% post-hire: labor relations, BIR processing, compliance, payroll, engagement.
📍 Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote initially, transitioning to On-site once the office is established)
***For Cebu-based hires: On-site arrangement
🕒 Schedule: US Central Time (Evening shift in PH time)

⚡ Your Day as a Human Resource Business Partner at Vivant
No two days are the same — but every day, you make an impact.
- Drive HR operations
- Spearhead SOP , Knowledgebase and Process Improvement
- Keep everything compliant — Civil Code and Labor Law regulations
- Own and organize employee records, contracts, and benefits
- Help power smooth timekeeping, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking
- Cover the full employee lifecycle from Onboarding to smooth exit and Offboarding processes
- Support performance reviews, gather feedback, and help manage PIPs
- Bring the culture to life by organizing meaningful employee engagement activities
- Be the go-to person for HR questions — approachable, reliable, and proactive
- Coordinating with BPOs for our independent contractors.
- Collaborate with Global leadership to align people strategies and strengthen culture
- Assist in handling BIR transactions and key tax-related processes with accuracy
- Any Ad Hoc tasks assigned by management
🎯 What We’re Looking For --
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience covering core HR functions such as Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compliance, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Operations.
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Training focus profiles will not qualify.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in: HR Policy Development, Standard Operating Procedure,SOP) Creation
- Knowledge Base Documentation
- Process Improvement and Optimization
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience managing: Payroll Administration,Timekeeping and Attendance Management
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience supporting or partnering with U.S.-based clients, stakeholders, or organizations.
- Proven experience in: Performance Management Systems, Compensation Structures and Employee Performance Reviews
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of: Philippine Labor Laws,Statutory Compliance Requirements, Employee Relations and Labor Relations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and highly adaptable, with proficiency in: Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Other modern workplace productivity tools
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience handling:
- BIR transactions and government compliance processes
- Tax-related documentation and statutory filings
- Experience supporting organizational growth, scaling HR processes, or building HR frameworks from the ground up.
