The Role

We’re looking for a data analyst to join our growing data team. As the second member of our data team, you’ll be at the forefront of building an analytics culture across TryHackMe. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful insights, building scalable analytics solutions and helping build out the foundational pillars of our data function. Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyse company data to uncover trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining data models to support analytics.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights.
• Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies.

Skills & Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working as a data analyst.
• Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Demonstrable experience using visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and modelling is a nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Start-up experience preferred.

Our Hiring Process:

Stage One: Intro call with hiring manager (30 mins)

Stage Two: Technical Take-Home Task

Stage Three: Interview with hiring manager (1 hour)

Stage Four: Final call with a Co-Founder (20 mins)
