AI Digital Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Digital Product Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation, focused on designing and delivering next-generation AI-enabled products within a large-scale digital ecosystem. You will help shape the evolution of an AI-driven development lifecycle, enabling engineering and product teams to build, test, and deploy intelligent solutions more efficiently and securely. The position blends product strategy, experimentation, and technical fluency to turn emerging technologies such as generative and agentic AI into scalable business capabilities. You will play a key role in defining product direction, measuring performance, and ensuring that AI-powered tools deliver measurable value across the organization. Operating in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment, you will work closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical needs into intuitive product experiences. Accountabilities

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition for AI-enabled platforms and experimental AI initiatives across the AI development lifecycle.
• Translate emerging AI technologies into scalable product capabilities that drive measurable business and user value.
• Apply user-centered design and customer journey mapping to gather insights and iterate on product experiences.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess AI product performance, including accuracy, reliability, cost efficiency, and security.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Conduct build-versus-buy analyses and use structured decision-making to guide product direction and investment priorities.
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and test-and-learn initiatives to validate assumptions and refine AI-driven solutions.
• Break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable user stories aligned with agile delivery practices.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across multiple products to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management and 7+ years delivering digital or IT products in enterprise environments.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex digital transformation or platform initiatives.
• Demonstrated exposure to AI-driven or machine learning-based products (preferred 1+ years).
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, and agile development methodologies.
• Experience leveraging data analytics, KPIs, and user insights to drive product decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in systems thinking, problem-solving, and structured decision-making.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias for action.
