We've raised over $400M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make generalist robotics a reality.

- Partner with leadership to develop competitive compensation and rewards frameworks that attract and retain top talent
- Champion employee wellbeing initiatives and help maintain a healthy, safe work environment

- Help organize team events, offsites, and culture-building moments as we grow
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and internal policies
- Coordinate visa sponsorships and work authorization processes (H-1B, O-1, J-1 applications/transfers/renewals, green cards) in partnership with TA for pre-hire assessments and immigration counsel, driving and monitoring all processes from day one through employee tenure, including transitions such as F-1 to H-1B and H-1B through the green card process.
