The ideal candidate will lead front-end development initiatives, architect enterprise-grade applications, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise web applications using Angular.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable front-end solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and senior developers through code reviews and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, UX/UI teams, and backend developers.
- Define front-end development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party applications.
- Drive performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and application security initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
- Work closely with enterprise architecture teams to align solutions with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v10+).
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Angular Material, and Angular CLI.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
