About The Role

This is a full-time remote position for a Front End ReactJS Engineer at CyberArrow. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing core product features used by enterprise clients. You will shape the user experience and interface, ensuring that the platform is intuitive, responsive, and scalable. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic startup environments, quickly translating ideas into functional features, and taking full ownership of front-end development tasks. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable code that aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building production ReactJS applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
• Experience managing complex front-end state and data flows
• Ability to integrate front-end applications with backend APIs
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile product environments
• University degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Track record of delivering features aligned with clear goals and outcomes
  
  

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve complex user interfaces using ReactJS
• Own the front-end implementation from initial concept through release and iteration cycles
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into functional features
• Make thoughtful decisions regarding front-end architecture, performance, and maintainability
• Create reusable components and UI patterns to ensure consistency across the platform
• Ensure applications are fast, accessible, and responsive across various devices and browsers
• Integrate front-end functionalities with APIs and backend services seamlessly
• Identify UI and UX issues proactively and resolve them efficiently
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing features while developing new ones
• Participate in technical discussions to uphold high-quality standards
• Support team members and unblock progress as needed to meet project deadlines
• Adapt to evolving product requirements and take on additional responsibilities as the team grows
