Start Your Cybersecurity Career - Full-Time Job from Day One
This is not a bootcamp. It is not a course. It is not a certificate program with "good luck out there" at the end. This is a full-time W2 job. From day one you are a paid employee of nuKudo with full benefits, and your job is to train, develop, and get placed in a real cybersecurity role with one of our partner organizations. We pay you to learn (You read that right.)
Whether you are starting from zero or already have an IT background, the nuKudo Specialist Training Program (NSTP) meets you where you are and pushes you forward.
Who We Are
nuKudo is a next-generation technical staff augmentation firm. We find the sharpest people, turn them into specialists that companies (literally) fight over, and place them at the most awesome companies out there. Cybersecurity, AI, data, cloud, software, enterprise. The good stuff. The kind of roles Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and high-growth enterprises are working hard to fill.
We are powered by our parent company, Red Alpha Cybersecurity, one of the most respected talent development engines in Asia, now scaling across North America. Same playbook. New zip code.
Our selection process is rigorous by design. The companies we work with trust us to deliver people who raise the bar from day one. If you are that person, we want to meet you.
What's In It For You? Glad You Asked.
- Paid education. Yes, paid. Salary and full benefits from day one. We pay you to learn.
- Real placement after you graduate. Real work at real companies. No "good luck out there" energy.
- Training that actually sticks. 80% hands-on problem solving, a 1-to-6 trainer-to-trainee ratio, and industry-recognized certifications like GCIH and OSCP.
- Mentorship that does not ghost you. We stay as your employer after placement, which means ongoing career support, real feedback, and a team actively invested in how you grow. Not a handshake and a "best of luck."
