• Develop software solutions for domestic and international clients across various industries, including e-commerce platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, insurance systems, asset management systems, transportation management systems, travel and hospitality solutions, and more.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements clarification, system design documentation, development, testing, deployment, and system operation.
• Design, develop, and test software systems and features.
• Create development plans and manage implementation progress according to project schedules.
• Research and apply new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.

• Act as the bridge between Japanese clients and the development team.
• Communicate with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify project requirements.
• Review business requirements and project documentation, and align project scope with clients.
• Manage project schedules and quality, while monitoring and reporting project status.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality.
• Participate in system analysis and design activities together with project teams.

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of programming experience with one or more of the following technologies: Java, PHP, .NET, C/C++, Mobile Development, etc.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, or equivalent, with the ability to communicate independently in a business environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Experience as a BrSE, Project Manager, or Team Leader.
• Experience in system analysis, proposal writing, and direct communication with Japanese clients.

💰 Salary

• Up to 7,000,000 JPY per year (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
