While the product is highly regarded in Japan as a B2B SaaS developed domestically, it is still just one of many startups on the global stage. There is still much work to be done to grow it into a globally adopted product. They need to enhance the value the product offers to compete globally, which includes features for anyone to easily create business apps with no-code/low-code, functions for developers to customize apps with programming, and communication features to promote information sharing within and across teams.

The development of Generative AI technology is remarkable, and the company is actively exploring and implementing areas where this technology can be utilized. 【Responsibilities】

You will be responsible for developing features for products that leverage Generative AI technology. This role offers the opportunity to be involved across a wide range of technical domains, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and Generative AI technology itself. You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, QA Engineers, and Product Writers, using teamwork to achieve efficient, high-quality development.

Work Style

You can work from anywhere you choose. Team members participate in Scrum events during each sprint to formulate sprint plans, review deliverables, and conduct retrospectives. All mob programming and Scrum events are held via video conference, with members joining from various offices across Japan or from their homes.

【Required】

5+ years of experience developing and operating web applications

Experience developing and operating multi-tenant web applications considering load from high traffic and large data volumes

Experience developing and operating using container technology

Strong interest in generative AI technology

【Preferred】

Experience in RAG development

Experience in LLMOps

Development experience utilizing techniques such as fine-tuning and model distillation

Experience leading teams or projects
