Job Description
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends. This is a contract-based position that can be located in Denver (preferred) or fully remote.
Responsibilities of the Technical Product Owner:
- Evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
- Work closely with developers and architects to ensure product success
- Drive Agile methodologies and ensure successful implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Build expertise in unfamiliar domains and achieve stretch goals in an innovative environment
Required skills of the Technical Product Owner:
- Technical PO-will need to have some development experience as they have to work closely with developers and architects
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Entrepreneurial drive and an ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly
- Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains, and achieve stretch goals in an innovative environment
- Experience working in an Agile
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Java, Spring, Microservices and Cloud based technologies.
Preferred skills of the Technical Product Owner:
- Experience in building healthcare-related products
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry and/or working with legal and compliance teams
- Exceptional presentation skills; we like to show off our work, tell stories, and articulate the problems we’ve solved or how we’ve improved the physician/patient experience
- Familiarity or experience with SAFe
- Experience in building a product from the ground up

Salary: 70-75/hr based on experience
