About the Role
We are looking for a Web Project Manager who has experience leading enterprise website projects from planning through launch. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing websites built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including website redesigns, content governance, and platform migrations. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across UX, Design, Development, QA, and Marketing to ensure successful project delivery. We're looking for someone whose primary experience has been managing website delivery projects rather than designing, developing, or publishing website content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar website delivery/project management role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including website authoring, content governance, and website delivery.
- Proven experience leading comprehensive website redesigns involving multiple stakeholders and engineering dependencies.
- Proven experience serving as the primary owner of website initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving projects from planning through launch.
- Experience supporting and leading web platform migrations, including integrating existing web properties into AEM.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with UX, Design, Development, QA, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to secure alignment and support for web initiatives.
- Strong understanding of QA best practices, with a focus on accessibility, accuracy, and overall site health.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities
- Lead full website section redesigns, coordinating with stakeholders and managing engineering dependencies to ensure successful UAT, QA, and launches within fast-moving timelines.
- Author, maintain, and govern website updates within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring effective content management and seamless integration.
- Guide the migration and integration of existing web properties into the AEM platform, ensuring continuity and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with UX, Design, Development, QA, and Marketing teams to align project objectives and deliver cohesive web experiences.
- Serve as the primary liaison between production teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating requirements, priorities, and project updates.
- Champion quality assurance best practices, with a focus on accessibility, accuracy, and maintaining site health across regions.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while leveraging Agile methodologies and Jira to support project execution.
- Adapt effectively to ambiguity, evolving business needs, and shifting priorities while maintaining project momentum and delivery quality.
