About The Role

This is a full-time, remote position for a Front End ReactJS Engineer at CyberArrow. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing core product experiences that are utilized by enterprise customers. Your work will influence the visual appearance, user experience, and performance of our platform as it scales to meet growing demands. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, quickly translates ideas into functional features, and takes full ownership of front-end development tasks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. Your contributions will directly impact how clients interact with our platform and how effectively they can manage their cybersecurity compliance needs.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building production ReactJS applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
• Experience managing complex front-end state and data flows
• Ability to integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering features in a fast-paced environment
• University degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving clear goals and outcomes
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Strong initiative and self-motivation with minimal supervision
• Excellent collaboration skills within high-ownership teams
• Commitment to clean code, thoughtful architecture, and maintainability

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve complex user interfaces utilizing ReactJS
• Own the front-end implementation from initial concept through release and iteration cycles
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into production-ready features
• Make informed decisions regarding front-end architecture, performance optimization, and code maintainability
• Create reusable components and UI patterns to ensure consistency across the platform
• Ensure applications are fast, accessible, and responsive on various devices and browsers
• Integrate front-end functionalities with APIs and backend services seamlessly
• Identify and resolve UI and UX issues efficiently with minimal impact on project timelines
• Continuously improve existing features while developing new functionalities
• Participate in technical discussions to uphold high quality standards
• Support team members and unblock progress when necessary
