Arabic-Speaking Digital Ad Measurement Specialist – Social Media Industry (Lisbon)

We are looking for sharp, data-driven individuals to join our international hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will work behind the scenes for a leading global social media platform, helping advertisers and businesses measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of their digital marketing campaigns.

The Role

• Campaign Analysis: Support Arabic-speaking advertisers and corporate clients in setting up and troubleshooting data tracking systems (such as tracking pixels, SDK integrations, and API conversions).
• Data Verification: Analyze ad performance metrics to ensure accurate attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement data.
• Technical Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert, explaining complex data, metrics, and measurement methodologies simply and clearly to clients via email and chat.
• Optimization: Collaborate with internal data and product teams to resolve tracking discrepancies and improve the platform's ad measurement tools.

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native Arabic: Flawless verbal and written communication skills.
• English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to smoothly navigate technical training and global internal communications.
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Analytical Mindset: A strong comfort level with numbers, data interpretation, or basic digital marketing concepts (knowledge of marketing pixels, Google Analytics, or digital ad KPIs is a massive plus).
• Problem Solver: Detail-oriented, logical, and patient when tracking down technical data discrepancies.
