Advisory-focused role supporting Active Directory services within OT and manufacturing environments. The position focuses on reviewing, assessing, and improving AD-related configurations, security, and compliance while cooperating with OT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.


Responsibilities

Requirements


  • strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory environments,
  • knowledge of domain controllers, GPOs, DNS, OU structures, and authentication management,
  • experience with Windows Server environments,
  • background in OT, industrial, or manufacturing environments,
  • understanding of Active Directory usage in production and operational systems,
  • experience reviewing AD incidents, remediation, and improvement activities,
  • understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and secure AD operations,
  • ability to analyse technical issues and provide risk-based recommendations,
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • ability to cooperate with operational teams without direct administration ownership,
  • experience in regulated industries such as pharma or life sciences is a plus,
  • familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST, or similar OT cybersecurity standards is preferred,
  • exposure to segmented OT networks and industrial governance is an advantage,
  • experience in advisory or SME roles within infrastructure or cybersecurity programmes is preferred
