Job Description
Product Manager (Remote or In-Person)
Build products used by millions of poker players and hundreds of poker rooms worldwide. PokerAtlas is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Manager to help drive execution across our consumer (B2C) and operator (B2B) platforms.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on turning product vision into clear requirements, thoughtful user experiences, and successful releases. A major part of the role is working closely with the CEO to take existing product ideas, ask thoughtful and strategic questions, identify gaps or missing considerations, and turn those ideas into well-defined product requirements alongside engineering and design teams.
The right person is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify gaps, edge cases, and product considerations before development begins.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with our CEO to take early-stage product ideas and turn them into thoughtful, well-defined product requirements
- Lead working sessions with our CEO to ask strategic questions, identify gaps or missing considerations, and help shape rough concepts into actionable product direction
- Collaborate hands-on with design to create and iterate on early workflows, wireframes, and prototypes until product direction is aligned
- Translate approved concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and development-ready work for engineering
- Collaborate closely with engineering throughout development to clarify requirements, answer questions, and unblock execution
- Identify UX gaps, operational issues, edge cases, and missing requirements before development begins
- Develop products that reflect how player-facing features and operator-facing tools work together in real poker room environments
- Coordinate releases, prioritize bug fixes, track dependencies, and maintain visibility into execution progress
- Lead product work involving payments, transactions, and high-trust user flows
- Help improve internal product processes while keeping them lightweight and practical

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience turning loosely defined product ideas into clear, actionable requirements and development-ready work
- Strong ability to partner closely with our CEO by asking thoughtful questions, identifying gaps, and contributing product thinking rather than simply taking direction on every small detail
- Willingness to get deep into existing systems, understand how products and workflows function today, and help evolve them toward our CEO’s broader product vision
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Proven experience writing detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that directly drive development
- Strong product instincts and a sharp eye for high-quality UX, particularly on mobile
- Ability to identify operational edge cases, workflow gaps, and missing product considerations before development begins
- Comfortable working collaboratively and iteratively with design, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering B2C digital products, ideally with high-usage or transactional components
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, highly collaborative small-team environments
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
- Experience with payments, transactions, or regulated user flows is a strong plus
- Familiarity with poker, gaming, casinos, hospitality, or operational software environments is a plus, but not required
