Job Description


Product Manager II (Digital Health Platform)


Our healthcare client's digital product team plays a critical role in enabling and advancing a modern healthcare platform, and we are looking for a Product Manager to help drive meaningful product outcomes that solve complex business and user challenges. In this role, you will execute product strategy and lead delivery efforts for key clinical and operational capabilities that directly impact users and stakeholders across the organization.


About This Position:

  • 6-month contract (potential to extend)
  • 100% remote
  • Target Pay: $60/hr W2
  • No C2C or sponsorship at this time
  • Preference for local Denver, CO candidates


Key Responsibilities

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Participate in the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, end users, designers, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and user needs
  • Lead story mapping and backlog refinement exercises to support development efforts
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across product teams
  • Support roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, and release activities
  • Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and operational requirements
  • Guide creation of user-facing communications, training, and feature education materials

Product Discovery & Strategy

  • Partner with product leadership to refine product vision and strategy
  • Work with engineering, UX, and research teams to conduct discovery activities that uncover user pain points and opportunities
  • Collaborate with UX teams to design and validate intuitive user experiences through usability testing and rapid feedback loops
  • Conduct user interviews, workflow shadowing, and stakeholder sessions to deeply understand operational and clinical challenges
  • Translate business problems into product opportunities that deliver value for users and stakeholders

Data-Driven Product Management

  • Define and track OKRs and product success metrics
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform problem statements and validate solution hypotheses
  • Leverage product analytics to monitor product performance and continuously improve outcomes
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic objectives, customer value, and measurable impact


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of product management experience focused on digital products
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and leadership mindset
  • Experience building healthcare technology products (required)
  • Experience launching 0-to-1 products from concept through release
  • Familiarity with delivery of web and mobile applications
  • Experience working with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, or electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Experience writing user stories, feature requirements, and product documentation
  • Ability to inspire teams and stakeholders by clearly articulating the “why” behind solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and organizational change
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build expertise in unfamiliar domains
  • Strong relationship-building skills with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of nephrology, renal care, or clinical operations is highly valued
