💼 Role Overview
Looking for a Preventive Architect to proactively detect risks, prevent escalations, and ensure system stability using AI, telemetry, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and refine early warning indicators for customer risk, system degradation, and escalation potential
- Analyze telemetry, operational data, and historical patterns to detect preventive opportunities
- Design and evolve preventive scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Trigger and coordinate preventive actions before issues materialize
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Support, and MCC teams
- Improve signal accuracy and reduce false positives through continuous tuning
- Integrate preventive solutions into existing operational workflows
- Capture learnings and contribute to standards, best practices, and frameworks

- Knowledge of predictive analytics, ML, or AI-driven systems
- Ability to analyze system failures, degradation, and performance signals

- Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills
