We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of a growing cloud infrastructure environment and help drive the next phase of scalability, automation, and operational excellence across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building modern infrastructure and deployment strategies from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll work closely with development, support, and implementation teams to architect, optimize, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD processes. You’ll play a key role in improving reliability, security, automation, and scalability across production, staging, testing, and development environments.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly technical — someone comfortable managing Azure environments, implementing DevOps best practices, improving deployment pipelines, and supporting compliance and security initiatives in a growing organization.
- Design, maintain, and optimize Azure-based cloud infrastructure across production, staging, testing, and development environments
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, YAML, and automation tools
- Partner with development teams to support modern cloud-native applications, distributed systems, containers, and microservices
- Implement and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor system performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency across cloud environments
- Configure and manage Azure resources including virtual networks, virtual machines, SQL environments, load balancers, storage, monitoring, and identity management
- Lead infrastructure automation, deployment strategies, and operational improvements
- Support migration of on-premise infrastructure and workloads into Azure environments
- Manage IAM access controls, security policies, and infrastructure compliance requirements
- Participate in architecture planning, deployment strategies, testing, and operational support throughout the software development lifecycle
- Research and implement new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain compliance-related systems and controls

- 5+ years of DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, YAML scripting, and infrastructure automation
- Experience managing cloud security, monitoring, IAM, networking, and infrastructure operations
- Strong understanding of containers, Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, and cloud-native architecture
- Experience supporting modern software development environments using Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of high availability, scalability, and deployment best practices
- Experience migrating and managing virtualized workloads in Azure environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Azure certifications
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
- Familiarity with C#, .NET environments, Angular, HTML, and CSS
- Experience supporting SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks
- Background supporting hybrid cloud/on-premise environments including VMware and Hyper-V
