​The Role:
We need an AI Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage our cloud footprint. You will ensure our AI agents have the high-availability compute required for sub-second, real-time voice interactions and that our strict multi-tenant data isolation remains watertight as we scale our customer base globally.
​What You'll Do:
​Manage and scale cloud-native compute environments (containerization, serverless computing) to support shared and dedicated AI voice and worker services.
​Write and maintain resilient Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate environment provisioning and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
​Administer relational databases, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and strict multi-tenant data isolation at the infrastructure level.
​Own system observability, tracing, and logging to track per-tenant latency and AI API errors in real-time.
​Manage secure secrets provisioning, encryption key lifecycles, and network security policies.
​Qualifications:
​Extensive experience managing enterprise-grade cloud environments and container orchestration platforms.
​Proficiency in deploying infrastructure via code and managing CI/CD pipelines.
​Strong understanding of database administration, scaling, and performance tuning.
​Experience supporting latency-sensitive applications (e.g., WebSockets, real-time voice streams).
​A security-first mindset with experience implementing compliance and data residency controls.
