Senior Business Analyst - UK Wide/Fully Remote Must be living currently in the UK

Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience

I’m currently partnering with a global software engineering and digital transformation consultancy that is continuing to grow its Business Analysis capability.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage tickets and document requirements. They are looking for a Senior BA who enjoys shaping solutions, influencing delivery, and working closely with both stakeholders and engineering teams across complex software projects.

You would be involved from early discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery, helping break down large initiatives into clear features, user stories, and deliverables while managing changing priorities across projects.

The environment would suit someone who is comfortable operating across both strategic and hands-on responsibilities and who enjoys solving problems rather than following rigid process.

What they are looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within software, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation environments

• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with backlog management, user stories, process mapping, and impact analysis

• Ability to work closely with engineering and product teams

• Experience using tools such as Jira

• Someone confident leading workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities

The role offers exposure to large-scale international projects, strong engineering teams, and an environment where BAs are expected to add value and influence outcomes rather than operate as purely administrative support.
