Job Description


We're working with a leading UK-based end-user that is driving significant business transformation initiatives within their organisation. They operate in a fast-paced, process-led environment where innovative technology plays a pivotal role in customer engagement, service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The Role

  • Lead business analysis activities for change and improvement projects.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Create clear user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Map As-Is and To-Be processes using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, testers, and business users.
  • Support system configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in D365 CE Business Analyst or Functional Consultant roles.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM modules (e.g., Sales Hub, Customer Service).
  • Excellent requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping skills.
  • Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
  • Conceptual understanding of system integrations, data flows, and third-party platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro.
  • Experience supporting UAT, testing, release activities, and post-go-live support.
