- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, testers, and business users.

- Proven experience in D365 CE Business Analyst or Functional Consultant roles.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM modules (e.g., Sales Hub, Customer Service).
- Excellent requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping skills.
- Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Conceptual understanding of system integrations, data flows, and third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Miro.
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, release activities, and post-go-live support.
